UI/UX Updates: A fresh interface aligning to the NQC brand

The platform has a new look.

As NQC continues to expand globally under one brand, the platform now reflects that ambition: a unified commitment to leading in ESG and supply chain risk management and equipping organisations to deepen their due diligence practices and processes as regulation accelerates worldwide.

The legacy green has been replaced throughout with the NQC blue.

Horizontal tabs have been replaced with a page section dropdown. A new contextual action bar sits below the header, housing your title, navigation, and key actions in one place. It hides as you scroll down to maximise your data view, and snaps back when you scroll up.

Labels: Organise questionnaires your way

The old categories have been replaced with a flexible labelling model.

Create your own labels and apply them to individual tiles, entire filtered views, or at the point of supplier upload. You can choose to share labels across your organisation, keep them private to yourself, or share with specific people, but they will remain invisible to other buyers or suppliers. To ensure continuity, Categories will be migrated into this new labelling framework.

Streamline how you categorise and track risk indicators. This flexible framework enables your team to map assessments directly to your internal due diligence workflows.

Buyers

Supply chain map improvements

The supply chain map has been upgraded. You can now adjust the width of the carousel component, navigate directly from the overview to a supplier's identified risks in one click, and when you select a specific risk the map highlights and navigates to the exact node or location affected.

By instantly pinpointing the exact location of critical issues your team can execute a more targeted, risk-based due diligence process, prioritising resources where the highest exposures lie.

Clearer actions on every questionnaire tile

Finding your next step just got easier. A streamlined bar at the bottom of each tile now pairs every icon with a text label, and the primary action is clearly highlighted so there's no guessing.

Score tracking on the dashboard

The score tile in your dashboard now shows revision-on-revision performance without having to open the questionnaire. It was always there, now you don't have to dig for it. The score delta is also available as a new column in CSV exports.

This immediate visibility into score fluctuations allows your team to continuously monitor partner performance and flag emerging risks, ensuring a more dynamic and responsive ongoing due diligence process.

Communications section: a full record in one place

A new Communications section is now available on every questionnaire. It shows a chronological log of all emails related to that assessment, including invitations and reminders, delivery status, timestamps, and recipients. No more checking inboxes to piece together what was sent and when.

By centralising communication history, you can track your engagement efforts throughout the due diligence process.

Attachments now have their own section

Attachments and uploaded evidence have been moved out of the overview accordion and into a dedicated Uploads section.

File names and file types are clearly visible at a glance, making it faster to find, review, and download any document.

This centralised view ensures that verified supplier evidence and our validation results are instantly accessible, giving your team immediate assurance and audit-ready proof for your due diligence records.

Scores stay visible when an update is requested

Previously, when a buyer requested an update to a completed questionnaire, the score disappeared from the tile until the new revision was finished.

Now the tile shows the status of the current revision alongside the score from the last completed one.

Buyers

Credit consumption: A new model for distributing questionnaires

Buyers can now distribute EUDA and EUBA questionnaires to tier n from within a mapped supply chain using our new credit based model.

Buyers can continue to send their EUDA and EUBA questionnaires to tier 1 suppliers using the existing model via upload suppliers.

Contact your account manager to discuss what this means for your organisation.
