NQC and CSR Europe Extend Partnership with Two-Year Exclusive Agreement
to Deliver Drive Sustainability’s Sustainability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) Through the SUPPLIERASSURANCE Platform

18 November, 2025 [Manchester, UK] — NQC Ltd and Drive Sustainability (facilitated by CSR Europe) have signed a two-year extension agreement with, establishing NQC as the exclusive delivery partner for Drive Sustainability’s SAQ, the most used self-assessment questionnaire for assessing sustainability performance across automotive supply chains with to date over 157,000 SAQs completed. While the SAQ has been delivered through NQC’s SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform for more than a decade, this marks the first time NQC has been named as CSR Europe’s exclusive global partner for delivering the SAQ.

The partnership builds on over ten years of collaboration between Drive Sustainability and NQC, supporting some of the world’s largest automotive brands to strengthen transparency and engagement across global supply chains while ensuring alignment with OECD due diligence guidance.

The extension includes the introduction of a Supplier Payment Option for the SAQ, a feature that allows both buyers and suppliers to now fund SAQ participation. This enhancement aims to support wider SAQ participation within the industry while maintaining efficiency and advancing the shared goal of responsible and transparent supply chain management.

Stefan Crets, Executive Director at CSR Europe, stated, “For more than a decade, NQC has been a long standing partner in supporting Drive Sustainability’s vision to embed environmental and social responsibility throughout the automotive supply chain. Their SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform, along with their expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement have been instrumental in making our SAQ a world-class supply chain due diligence solution. We are pleased to extend our collaboration as we continue to evolve the programme and empower companies to drive positive change across their global value chains.”

“CSR Europe and the Drive Sustainability partnership have set the global benchmark for responsible business collaboration, uniting the automotive industry around a shared vision for sustainable and transparent supply chains. Their leadership has created a foundation for meaningful progress, and we are honoured to continue to support this partnership. Together, we are building on more than a decade of shared efforts to advance supply-chain due diligence and help the industry meet its sustainability ambitions,” adds Charles Morrison, Chief Executive Officer at NQC.

The extension reflects NQC’s continued investment in its SUPPLIERASSURANCE platform, which is used by leading OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and their extended supply chains worldwide to manage their sustainability due diligence activities. The use of Drive Sustainability’s SAQ to assess the sustainability performance of suppliers is available for use by any automotive supplier. SUPPLIERASSURANCE enables suppliers to implement and manage their own supply chain due diligence activities through the platform using the Drive Sustainability’s tool, sharing the commercial and operational benefits of joining the common automotive industry standard between all buyers.
