What are Labels?

Labels allow you to organise, group and filter questionnaires using custom tags that are shared across your organisation.

Labels replace the previous Category functionality, providing a more flexible way to organise questionnaires. Multiple labels can be assigned to a single questionnaire, allowing organisations to group questionnaires in ways that reflect their own workflows and reporting requirements. Labels are shared within your organisation but are not visible to external organisations.

To organise questionnaires using Labels:

1. Sign in to your NQC account.
2. On your Dashboard, access the Labels filter.
3. Create labels that match your internal processes or reporting needs.
4. Assign one or more labels to questionnaires.
5. Use labels to filter and organise questionnaire views.
6. Share a consistent labelling structure across your organisation.
