What are credits?

These are pre-purchased credits used to distribute product-based questionnaires through the Supply Chain Mapper.

Credits allow organisations to manage questionnaire distribution using a pre-paid credit balance. Before sending an assessment, the platform validates that sufficient credits are available and displays the number of credits required for the selected questionnaire and supply chain scope. You can see the remaining balance by clicking on your account logo at the top right hand side of your screen.

To view your credit usage using the Supply Chain Mapper:

1. Sign in to your NQC account.
2. On your Dashboard, open the Supply Chain Mapper.
3. Select a supplier or supply chain segment.
4. Select the Assure option.
5. Review the credit balance, credits required and forecast balance displayed in the confirmation window.
