Can I see how a supplier's questionnaire rating has improved over time?

Yes. Customers can access each questionnaire overview page and view year on year supplier performance to see how a supplier has improved over time.

A key feature of the NQC platform is the ability to track a suppliers performance over time. As suppliers are able to update their questionnaires at any time to demonstrate improvement, you can view the performance improvement on a suppliers' questionnaire overview page.

To view how a supplier’s questionnaire rating has improved over time:

1. Sign in to your NQC account.
2. Select 'Supplier questionnaires' from the dropdown menu and select the supplier campaign name shown next to the 'Dashboard' near the top of your screen.
3. Find the relevant questionnaire on your 'Supplier questionnaires' dashboard (use filters and search if needed).
4. Select the questionnaire tile to open the questionnaire overview page.
5. Scroll down the report to the section titled 'Sustainability Score year-on-year' to view the supplier’s performance over time.
