How can I view supplier results and scores for a campaign?

Select the relevant supplier Campaign. Use the 'Track suppliers' button to view grouped supplier questionnaire data for further analysis.

The 'Track suppliers' screens provide you with an overview of the scores or ratings associated with all suppliers who have a completed questionnaire in the campaign. This helps you to identify those suppliers that are meeting your expectations and those that need to take further action to achieve improvement.

To view supplier results and scores

1. Sign in to your NQC account.
2. Select 'Supplier questionnaires' from the dropdown menu and select the supplier campaign name shown next to the 'Dashboard' near the top of your screen.
3. Click on the name of the campaign that you want to track supplier responses for. (You will be redirected back to the 'Supplier questionnaires' screen.)
4. Select 'Track suppliers' on the right hand side of the Dashboard.
5. You have access to seven options in the dropdown menu to track your suppliers' responses to questionnaires and manage their compliance with your minimum requirements.
6. On the 'Identify' screen, you can gain powerful insights by exploring the statistics from your supplier questionnaire responses.
7. To get you started, we've pinned several default questionnaire key statistics on the 'Identify' screen for your immediate analysis.
8. You can also build your own custom queries to identify and analyse data that matters most to your organisation.
9. You can also use the filter options to view supplier questionnaire data by rating, country, industry sector, or headcount.
10. The 'Assess' screen helps you instantly visualise supplier risk by correlating questionnaire ratings with the risk profile of their country of operation. The colour-coding makes it easy to quickly spot potential issues.
