Can I see corrective actions across a campaign of suppliers?

Use the 'Track suppliers' function. Find the relevant supplier Campaign and access grouped supplier corrective actions for further analysis.

The 'Track suppliers' screens and associated analysis and export functionality provides you with a list of all potential corrective actions and opportunities for improvement across all suppliers who have a completed questionnaire in the campaign. This helps you to identify where further action is needed to achieve improvement.

To see corrective actions across a campaign

1. Sign in to your NQC account.
2. Select 'Supplier questionnaires' from the dropdown menu and select the supplier campaign name shown next to the 'Dashboard' near the top of your screen.
3. Click on the name of the campaign that you want to track supplier responses for. (You will be redirected back to the 'Supplier questionnaires' screen.)
4. Select 'Track suppliers' on the right-hand side of the Dashboard.
5. You have access to seven options in the dropdown menu to track your suppliers' responses to questionnaires and manage their compliance with your minimum requirements.
6. On the 'Mitigate' screen, you can monitor suppliers as they implement corrective actions to meet your minimum requirements.
7. You can instantly see how many suppliers have met your minimum requirements.
8. You can also review the status of each individual request. Where the questionnaire is COMPLETED, you can view a supplier's overall score or click on the questionnaire title to explore answers and rating detail.
