What do the different statuses mean on my supplier campaign?
The status shown in your supplier campaign on the 'Embed' screen, indicates the status of your campaign invitation to the supplier contact and/or the progress that your suppliers are making in completing the questionnaire.
You should track the progress of your supplier campaigns often during the beginning of your campaign to check whether all invitations have been successfully delivered. You should look to either update any invitations that show as undelivered or remove these requests from your campaign as the questionnaire will not be completed without your intervention. Once all invitations show as successfully delivered, you should check, at a regular frequency, the progress your suppliers are making towards completing the questionnaire. You should consider issuing your own email reminder and using the direct message functionality on the platform to communicate to those suppliers that have not completed the questionnaire as the campaign end date approaches.
