How do I send an assessment using credits?

Assessments can be distributed by Billing Managers by selecting a supplier or a supply chain segment and using the Assure option within the Supply Chain Mapper.

The Credit Consumption process allows Billing Managers to distribute product-based questionnaires directly from the Supply Chain Mapper. The platform automatically calculates the required Credits before the assessment is sent. Credit balances may be visible to other users within the organisation, but only Billing Managers can distribute assessments using Credits.

To send an assessment using Credits:

1. Sign in to your NQC account.
2. On your Dashboard, open the Supply Chain Mapper.
3. Select the supplier or supply chain segment you wish to assess.
4. Select the Assure option.
5. Choose the questionnaire you wish to distribute.
6. Review your available Credit balance and the Credits required.
7. Select Confirm to issue the assessment.
8. If you cannot see the Assure option, contact your Billing Manager.
