Why is my questionnaire showing the status “REQUESTED”?

Your questionnaire displays the status “REQUESTED” when there is an outstanding sharing request, buyer requirement, or action required before the questionnaire can progress. This can happen for one of the following reasons: - A sharing request is still pending. - You have not yet met the minimum requirements set by a buyer. - A buyer requirement you have already met is still affecting the questionnaire status. - Your questionnaire is still in the responding stage and has not been submitted for validation.

The “REQUESTED” status indicates that an action or request associated with your questionnaire is still outstanding. - Pending Sharing: A sharing request that is waiting to be accepted by either party can cause the questionnaire to show as “REQUESTED”. Check for any pending sharing requests and accept them where appropriate. If you initiated the sharing request, contact the buyer to confirm that they have accepted it. - Outstanding Requirements: NQC Support cannot view the specific outstanding requirements set by a buyer. If you believe you have met all requirements, check your questionnaire dashboard or contact your buyer directly. - Already Met Requirements: In some cases, a buyer-set requirement may continue to affect the questionnaire status even though you currently meet the requirement. If this happens, contact your buyer directly and ask them to review or amend the requirement, as NQC Support cannot change or remove buyer-set requirements. - Responding Stage: Check the final stage of your questionnaire to ensure that your latest changes have been submitted. The Responding stage allows you to confirm whether further changes are required and submit your SAQ for validation.
