What happens if I don't have enough credits?

The assessment cannot be issued if your organisation does not have sufficient credits available.

Before an assessment is distributed, the platform validates that your organisation has sufficient credits available. If there are not enough credits, the assessment will not be issued and a notification will be displayed. Additional credits can be requested by contacting the NQC Finance Team.

To top up your credits using the Supply Chain Mapper:

1. Sign in to your NQC account.
2. On your Dashboard, open the Supply Chain Mapper.
3. Select the supplier or supply chain segment you wish to assess.
4. Select the Assure option.
5. Choose the questionnaire you wish to distribute.
6. If your available balance is insufficient, a Top-up Required notification will be displayed.
7. Email invoicing@nqc.com to request additional credits.
8. The assessment can be issued once sufficient credits are available.
