How do I change my company's name on the platform?

You can edit the organisation name of your account if it matches registration information and it is a unique entity on the platform. This can currently be done either through the Sacha Chatbot or by submitting a support ticket.

To maintain the integrity of the data on the platform for you and your customers, primary information, like your organisation name must correspond to your formal registered company name and can only exist once on our platform.
