What happened to Categories?

Existing Categories have been migrated to Labels.

To provide greater flexibility and support multiple classifications per questionnaire, the platform now uses Labels instead of Categories. Existing Category data is automatically migrated during deployment to ensure historical information is retained. Campaign functionality remains available and is not affected by this change.

To find migrated Categories:

1. Sign in to your NQC account.
2. On your dashboard access the Labels filter.
3. Review the Labels available to your organisation.
4. Continue managing questionnaires using Labels instead of Categories.
