I have received an alert about a supplier who wants to share their questionnaire data with me. How do I view and accept the sharing request?

Use the 'Data Sharing' functionality to view which suppliers want to share data with you and decide whether to accept or deny the supplier's sharing request.

The typical process for accessing supplier data is when you invite your suppliers to complete a questionnaire using a campaign and invitation process. Suppliers can however voluntarily choose to allow you to access their questionnaire data and you can decide whether to accept the sharing request or not.

To review the sharing request:

  1. Sign in to your NQC account.
  2. On your dashboard, select 'Data sharing' from the 'More Options' menu on the right side.
  3. On the 'Data Shared With You' screen use the search bar to find the supplier in question.
  4. Once you have located the supplier, click on the 'Requested' link to view more information about the questionnaire the supplier wants to share with you.
  5. Choose 'Accept' or 'Deny' from the options on the right side to action the supplier's sharing request.
