Switching between your Buyer and Supplier test accounts
To help you understand the end-to-end flow of the NQC platform, you have been set up with two distinct accounts: a Buyer alias (to upload supply chain data, initiate supply chain requests and view supply chain data) and a Supplier alias (to receive and respond to those requests). You do not need to log out to switch between these roles.
1.Open your Account Menu:
Click on your user profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Choose Your Alias:
Under the "Switch organisation" option select the alias organisation name to switch to that account.
The page will briefly reload. You can confirm you are in the correct account by checking the company name displayed next to your profile icon in the top right corner.
Testing Tip: Try sending a mapping request (MAP) or an ASSURE questionnaire from your Buyer account, directed to your Supplier account. Then, use the steps above to switch profiles and view the request exactly as your supplier would see it.
