Getting to know your Dashboard

Your platform dashboard is your central navigation point. From here, you can access your organisational data, access your supplier and supply chain data, and commence your supplier engagement and supply chain mapping activities. 

1. Accessing Questionnaires

When you sign in to your NQC platform account, you will always land directly on your main Dashboard. From this central view, you can access questionnaires using the drop-down menus:

  • My Questionnaires: This tab allows you to access and view your own organisation's questionnaires. You can use the filter option here if you need to search for a particular questionnaire. Inidividual product supply chains are listed as Supply Chain Mapper questionnaires. 
  • Supplier Questionnaires: Choose this option from the dropdown menu to find all supplier questionnaires that have been shared with your organisation. Please note that a questionnaire needs to be shared with your organisation before it will appear here.
  • Global Questionnaires: From this option, you can filter and search across all supplier questionnaires on the NQC platform. Once found, you can request access to a supplier's questionnaire without the need to issue a separate request. The supplier will be notified of your request and can quickly share the relevant questionnaire with you.

2. Uploading supplier data

From your Dashboard, you also have access to the primary switchboard where you can start your supplier engagement or supply chain mapping activities. Click on the 3 dots just below your user profile icon on the right side of the screen and select the 'Assess suppliers' option from the menu. From there you will be taken to the switchboard menu where you can select which module you wish to initiate:

  • MINEai: Gain visibility of your product supply chain using our predictive AI mapping tool based on global trade data.
  • SURVEIL: Access continuous monitoring of geopolitical, environmental, regulatory and compliance risk across your suppliers.
  • MAP: Gain supply chain visibility from your finished product to raw material by initiating supplier-led product traceability requests or by loading in existing multi-tier supply chain data.
  • ASSURE: Target known suppliers for focused due diligence using a questionnaire from our assessment library. 

3. Returning to the Main Dashboard

Regardless of what page or platform module you are on, you can easily return back to your main Dashboard at any time by simply clicking the NQC logo in the top left corner.
