Managing your user account settings

You can customise your platform experience and manage your personal details directly from your User Settings screens.

How to access your settings:

Click on your user profile icon located in the top right corner of the screen and select Account settings from the dropdown menu.

What you can manage:

  • Personal Information: Update your name, job title, and contact telephone number.
  • Security: Change your current password and review your active login sessions.
  • Language & Region: Adjust your preferred platform language, timezone, and date/time formatting to suit your location.
  • Alert Preferences: Control which platform alerts you receive via email. Note: During the Sandbox phase, we recommend leaving email notifications that have been applied so you can fully test the alerts (like receiving a new MAP request).
