Initiating SURVEIL Continuous Risk Screening

Learn how to upload a list of your direct Tier 1 suppliers to instantly screen them against geopolitical, environmental, and regulatory compliance risks and third party risk databases.

Step-by-Step Guidance:

  1. From your Dashboard > My questionnaires tab, click the three dots menu and select the option to Surveil suppliers.
  2. List Details: Provide a memorable name for this supplier list and ensure Standard surveillance is selected. (The other surveillance option will be disabled, as it is licensed separately outside of this sandbox).
  3. Click Add suppliers to input your supplier data (2 required fields):
    • Location Address: Always complete this first. Select the geo-located country address.
    • Supplier Name: Start typing to search the corporate database. Entering the location first filters this list, making it much easier to find the correct entity.
  4. Entity Resolution: Once the address and name are selected, the platform validates the entity. A tick mark will appear next to the name, alongside a Global Index
  5. Click Start to initiate the screening process.
  6. The risk monitoring will automatically commence and risks will start to appear within your SURVEIL Supply Chain Mapper, that you can now see on your Dashboard.
