Initiating MAP Supplier-Led Tracing

Learn how to cascade a primary data request to your suppliers or load your existing multi-tier supply chain data into the platform.

Step-by-Step Guidance:

  1. From your Dashboard > My questionnaires tab, click the three dots menu and select Map sub-tier suppliers.
  2. Product Details: Enter the product name, any relevant product identifiers (name/number), and your receiving manufacturing facility location.
  3. Click Add suppliers to enter your Tier 1 details (6 required fields):
    • Location Address: Type the closest street-level address and select the geo-located option.
    • Supplier Name: Start typing to search our corporate entity database.
    • Supplier Email: To invite your testing alias, enter your supplier alias email address here - it will be your email with /supplier at the end. (To simply load dummy data without sending an invite, you can use tfs@nqc.com).
    • Enter the Product Name and Product Number
  4. Entity Resolution: Once the address and name are selected, the platform validates the entity. A tick mark will appear next to the name, alongside a Global Index
  5. Click Start.
