How to access your NQC UAT Sandbox account

Accessing your temporary Sandbox environment is a simple process. Please follow these steps to log in for the first time and for subsequent visits.

Initial Login

  1. Check your inbox: You should have received an automated welcome email from NQC containing your login credentials. 
  2. Access the NQC UAT Sandbox environment: Click the link in the email to access the sign-in page for the NQC UAT Sandbox environment.
  3. Enter your email and password: You will be prompted to enter your business email address and the password provided in the initial email.

Subsequent Logins

Once your account is active, you can change the password and you can log in at any time during the testing period.

  • NQC UAT Sandbox URL: [https://uat.nqc.com/signin]
  • Credentials: Use your registered email address and the password given or the one you changed it to.

Troubleshooting

  • Didn't receive the email? Please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, reach out to helen.sonola@nqc.com.
  • Forgot your password? Click the "Forgotten your password?" link on the login page to trigger a password reset email.
