How to Allowlist the nqc.com Domain
Add the nqc.com domain to your email provider's safe sender list to ensure critical platform notifications and mapping requests bypass your spam folder and are delivered directly to your main inbox during the sandbox testing phase.
Step 1: The Quick Check (Spam/Junk Folder)
Before adjusting your settings, check your existing Spam or Junk folder. If you find an invitation code or platform notification from NQC there, right-click the email and select 'Not Spam' or 'Mark as safe'. This often trains your email provider to accept our future messages.
Step 2: Allowlist the nqc.com Domain
If our emails are consistently being blocked, follow the instructions below for your specific email provider to add us to your safe sender list.
For Outlook (Office 365 / Web) Users:
- Click the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
- In the settings menu, navigate to Mail and then select Junk email.
- Scroll to the Safe senders and domains section and click + Add.
- Type nqc.com and press Enter.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the window to apply your changes.
For Google Workspace (Gmail) Users:
- Click the Settings (gear) icon in the top-right corner, then click See all settings.
- Navigate to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab at the top.
- Click Create a new filter.
- In the From field, type nqc.com and click Create filter.
- Check the box next to Never send it to Spam.
- Click the final Create filter button to save your new rule.
For Other Email Providers: Look within your account settings for options labeled Safe Senders, Filters, or Rules. Your goal is to create a rule dictating that any message from the nqc.com domain is always delivered directly to your inbox.
Step 3: Corporate IT Firewalls
As an enterprise user, your organisation may utilise strict server-level email security (such as Mimecast or Proofpoint). If you have followed the steps above and are still not receiving password resets or sandbox mapping requests, your corporate firewall is likely blocking the emails before they reach your inbox.
Please contact your internal IT or Helpdesk team and ask them to "Allowlist the nqc.com domain at the server level."
