Viewing your Supplier's Completed SAQ 5.0 Assessment

Learn how to access an SAQ 5.0 that was completed on your Supplier Alias account (Buyer role)

 Step-by-Step Guidance: 

  • Sign in to the NQC UAT Sandbox environment and ensure you have selected your Buyer alias account.
  • On your Dashboard, navigate to the Supplier questionnaires tab.
  • Use the filter options to search for your Supplier Alias Account and their COMPLETED SAQ 5.0 questionnaire. 
  • Click anywhere on the SAQ 5.0 questionnaire tile to access the Overview screen, which displays the SAQ rating, a sectional breakdown chart, and any outstanding minimum requirements. Note: Pre-loaded minimum compliance requirements have been set against the SAQ 5.0 on your buyer account.  
  • To view specific analyst feedback, select Answers from the page dropdown menu. Analysts will flag an Evidence Gap if an uploaded document was insufficient, or a Declaration Gap if the analyst found relevant policy information in the evidence that was not declared in the answers.  Review the top of the screen for flagged validation gaps.
