What to expect during the Sandbox Phase
This testing phase is designed to give you hands-on experience of the NQC platform and its core modules. Here is what you need to know as you begin your testing journey:
1. A Safe Testing Environment
The sandbox environment (https://uat.nqc.com/signin) is a completely isolated instance of the NQC platform with the latest version of the application. This means you have access to the most up to date functionality and you can freely click around, edit information, upload supply chain information without impacting live data.
2. Pre-Loaded Demo Data
To save you setup time, your TfS buyer account has been populated with sample product supply chain and supplier assessment response data. You will see sample predictive product supply chain networks, sample mapped supply chain networks, risk monitoring surveillance information, and sample supplier assessment responses. This allows you to immediately test the NQC platform functionality. (See: [Link to Using Demo Data Guide])
3. Dual-Persona Testing
You have been provided with two organisation and user account aliases: a Buyer account and a Supplier account. This allows you to test the platform from both sides of the supply chain. You can send a request as a Buyer to your supplier account, and then switch your alias to access the platform as a supplier to practice responding to it, and then switch back to your Buyer account and view the responses and results.
4. Providing Feedback
During this phase, your feedback is critical. If you encounter any issues, have usability suggestions, or need clarification on a feature, please reach out to your dedicated Sandbox testing coordinator.
