Initiating MAP Supplier-Led Tracing

Learn how to cascade a primary data request to your suppliers or load your existing multi-tier supply chain data into the platform.

Step-by-Step Guidance:

 

  1. From your Dashboard > My questionnaires tab. 
  2. Click the three dots (More Options) menu located on the right side, just below your initials.
  3. Select Assess suppliers from the drop down list of options.
  4. Choose Map sub-tier suppliers from the switchboard menu.
  5. Product Details: Enter the product name, any relevant product identifiers (name/number), and your receiving manufacturing facility location.
  6. Click Add suppliers to enter your Tier 1 details (6 required fields):
    • Location Address: Type the closest street-level address and select the geo-located option.
    • Supplier Name: Start typing to search our corporate entity database.
    • Supplier Email: To invite your testing alias, enter your supplier alias email address here - it will be your email with /supplier at the end. 
    • Enter the Product Name and Product Number
  7. Entity Resolution: Once the address and name are selected, the platform validates the entity. A tick mark will appear next to the name, alongside a Global Index
  8. Click Start.
