Exploring MINEai Predictive Product Traceability

Learn how to visualise a predictive multi-tier supply chain using global trade intelligence and our AI product modelling. This guide will show you how to navigate the pre-loaded MINEai dataset and interact with risk overlays to identify potential upstream exposure.

Step-by-Step Guidance

Access the Pre-Loaded Dataset

  • Sign in to the NQC UAT Sandbox environment and ensure you have selected your Buyer alias account.

  • On your Dashboard, navigate to the My questionnaires tab.

  • Locate the Supply Chain Mapper titled High Solids Epoxy Marine Coating. (Use the Filter option near the top right of the Dashboard to search by name if necessary).
  • Click the View supply chain option on the dashboard tile to open the detailed traceability screens.

Navigate the Supply Chain Views

  • Use the drop down menu at the top left of the screen to switch between our two primary views:
    • Component hierarchy: A structured, logical tree view of the product supply chain tiers. When active, a summary panel appears on the right detailing country coverage, tier depth, and a summary of identified risks.
    • Component map: A geographical, map-based view of the product supply chain network.
Apply SURVEIL Risk Overlays

  • Click the sliders icon (Filter) located next to the product name at the top left of the screen.

  • From this menu, select Surveillance risks to configure which risk types and severity ratings are overlaid onto your hierarchy or map.

  • Map-Specific Filters: When using the Component map view, this filter menu also allows you to toggle Supply route (showing logical vs. common port shipping routes), Country risks (geopolitical overlays), and Disasters (active alerts from GDACS and NQC's compliance team).

Investigate Individual Suppliers

  • Click directly on any supplier node in the hierarchy or map to open its detailed profile in the right-hand panel.

Sandbox Tip: For a guided risk scenario, locate and click the node for GOLDEN AGRI INTERNATIONAL PTE LIMITED, which has been pre-loaded with a number of red-rated risks.

When a node is selected, the side panel offers 5 tabs of deep-dive intelligence:
  • Information: Details on the imported product and the MINEai confidence score explaining why this supplier was predicted in the network.
  • Organisational: Corporate hierarchy and verified entity data.
  • Risk details: A breakdown of active alerts. You can click into individual risks to access source data, including links to adverse media from our News Surveillance engine.
  • Assurance ratings: A summary of any verified assessments completed by the supplier. (Note: For the purpose of sandbox testing, assessment ratings are hidden on these predictive screens).
  • Location map: The verified geolocation of the supplier's operating facility.
