Software Tester

Manchester City Centre
£Competitive Salary depending on experience

About your new role:

Due to an exciting period of growth, NQC are on the look out for an accomplished Tester to join our Technical department. The main duties include:

  • System corrections for identified bugs, issues and problems as may be identified.
  • Produce technical procedures and documentation for the applications including user guides.
  • Robust testing of system prior to implementation in accordance with testing and acceptance methodologies as required.
  • Other testing or technology related tasks as may be reasonably required.

About you:

The successful candidate should have:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • An ISTQB foundation qualification is preferable, but not essential.

Technical Account Manager

Manchester City Centre

About your new role:

Due to an exciting period of growth, NQC are on the look out for an experienced Account Manager to join our Service Delivery department and manage a small portfolio of clients. The main duties include:

  • To manage a portfolio of clients to agreed KPIs across all NQC products.
  • To manage and maintain all commercial aspects of each client account including quotations for new work, invoicing, contract renewal etc.
  • To identify commercial opportunities within the portfolio of clients and develop each client account to extend the existing portfolio of NQC products and increase the potential revenue stream to NQC.
  • To establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication.
  • To translate technical concepts to various stakeholders internally and externally.
  • To work with the project manager to manage delivery timetables and set deadlines for clients and internal teams

About you:

The successful candidate should have:

  • At least a 2:1 degree in business or a science related subject or equivalent experience
  • Substantial experience in a similar technical/client facing role
  • An up to date knowledge of technical trends
  • The ability to translate technical concepts to non technical individuals or groups.

Multilingual Support Centre Representative

About your new role:

Due to an exciting period of growth, NQC are on the look out for talented Multilingual Support Centre Representatives to join our Service Delivery department and provide support to global blue chip organisations. The main duties include:

  • Supporting suppliers and clients using NQC Ltd online based products.
  • Provide outbound calling to encourage completion of online assessments.
  • Provide inbound support in response to telephone, email and online queries.

This is NOT a sales role, but Support Centre team members do undertake a significant amount of outbound calling on behalf of clients to confirm receipt of information and progress on completion of a requested on-line assessment.
